Workshop Registration (Pay by check)
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
Rates
Residents of some countries qualify for reduced registration fees of US$75, $50 or $25; all other registrants will pay $100.
How to pay by check, bank check or money order:
- Find your country of residence in one of the lists below to determine your registration fee. If your country does not appear on any of the lists, then your registration fee is US$100.
- After locating your fee, proceed to the Payment section. There you will download a registration form.
- Fill out the registration form. You may e-mail a copy of the form to mark.maxon@usd.edu. Send a copy of your form with your check.
- IMPORTANT: registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your check must reach us in the United States by June 15, 2009.

All fees on this Website are in U.S. dollars (USD or US$). Try a Google search for currency converters.
Please download one of these registration forms, fill it out and return it to the address on the form. You may qualify for a reduced rate; check the rate tables above to see if you qualify. If your home country is not located above, then your rate is US$100. Please make out checks to "IUPS Teaching Workshop."
