The deadline for receipt of your registration form and payment is June 15, 2009.

All fees on this Website are in U.S. dollars (USD or US$). Try a Google search for currency converters.

Rates

Residents of some countries qualify for reduced registration fees of US$75, $50 or $25; all other registrants will pay $100.

Instructions for registering with a credit card:

1. Click on the tabs below to find your country. Clicking on a closed tab will open that tab and close the others.
2. Click on your country's name - you will be taken to a secure Web site for registration.
3. When you get to the secure site (hosted by the University of South Dakota), click on the "Enroll for this Course" button. You will be taken to another page.
4. Click on the "Create Account" button and proceed.
5. After you register, you will be given the opportunity to pay with MasterCard or VISA.
